1. Remove plastic overwrap and unfold bag. Plave one bag, instructions side up, on the rotating base in the center of the microwave.
Microwave ovens vary. COoking times may need to be adjusted. Do not use popcorn button. Popping may take more or less than 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
2. Set time for 2 minutes and 30 seconds on HIGH. Stay by microwave and listen. Stop microwave when popping slows to 1 to 2 seconds between pops or if you smell burning. Overcooking will cause popcorn burning and scorching to microwave.
3. Carefully open bag away from your face. CAUTION: bag and contents and steam can be very hot. Open bag by pulling the top corners only. Open away from your face.
HELPFUL HINTS:
1. Children should not prepare without adult supervision
2. After popping shake bag before opening for even distribution of salt and butter.
3.if popcorn is left too long, scorching will result that could cause damage and staining within the microwave.
4. Do not stop and restart microwave during popping
5. it is normal for some unpopped kernels to remain in the fully popped bag. Do not reheat unpopped kernels.
